2. Accept the estimate

Once you accept the estimate and are ready to commit to the project, we then require a 50% deposit so that we are able to begin the template process.
3. Template

After we commit, we will contact you to schedule a date and time to arrange your template. This process takes anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 ½ hours depending on the size of your countertops. To make the template we use corrugated plastic to make a mold over your existing countertops. This is a very easy process and makes no mess in your home. This plastic template is what is used by our professionals to lay out your new granite countertops.
4. Fabrication

The template is then placed on top of the granite slab and the granite is precisely cut to fit your cabinets. After cutting, the granite then moves to the fabricator. The fabricator custom shapes your edges using grinding stones and a router. This also the step where places for sinks and stoves are cut out, as well as any roughness of the stone is removed. The final step is polishing. Your granite now has a permanent shape, this phase is simply for making the stone smooth and giving it shine.
5. Installation

Someone from our friendly and helpful staff will contact you to schedule a time, always at your convenience, for installation of your beautiful new countertops. The only things you need to do for the installation are disconnect the plumbing before we get there and remove everything from your drawers and cabinets as there can be some dust. Our experienced crew will take care of the rest. This includes the removal of existing countertops, placement of the new countertops and sink, sealing of the granite and, of course, clean-up. This process usually takes 2 to 4 hours.
6. Follow up

We want to hear about your experience when your project is complete, good or bad. This helps us ensure your satisfaction and determines if we have areas that are in need of improvement. Please take a few moments to complete our Customer Survey. We’re also a member of Angie’s List! Please feel free to leave feedback about your experience with our company there.
